I do! Whenever I see safety pins, I think basting.

When I saw this Mrs. Sew & Sew Black Saftey First Pins designed by Dan Morris for RJR Fabrics, I had to get some for this purpose. Sometimes when I print a panel for my Quilting Process Mini Quilt Kits, there isn't quite enough ink or too much and some of the words don't come out well. Rather than tossing them, I have been keeping them to incorporate the good words into projects.

I thought these were fun for all you pin basters out there!
I pin baste! I prefer the "bent" safety pins, as they are so easy to use. They are also great for holding together Halloween costumes that are largely assembled with a glue gun and pins. Say, if your kid decides he wants to be cotton candy.
