Teacher's Gift

I decided that it was time to finish Timothy's teacher's gift! I know she loves coffee and drinks it every day. I learned this from Timothy when he got off the bus going on and on and on about how his teacher spilled coffee all over the floor and all over one of the students. The student's mother even had to bring in fresh clothes. It was a big day in second grade!

I thought a coffee mug rug would be perfect. Hopefully she won't spill on it! I used my coffee cup linocut which seemed fitting and I found some coffee spoons to round out the gift. I hope she will like it.

  10. My! I'm a teacher in Australia and were not allowed to have coffee (or any hot drink) in the classroom for fear of this happening! And I teach 13 year olds! Great mug rug by the way!
