I was quilting along after a VERY lengthy internal debate over how to quilt and in what color, when my thread ran out. I knew it would happen but it still hurt! I decided on Gutermann 100, a soft grey that they call silver. I only had half of a small spool of this thread and JoAnns was sold out. My friend, Amy, was able to loan me another spool while I continued my search. Last night I learned that the two area JoAnns were going to be closed today due to the snowstorm so I couldn't even get an answer as to whether or not they had restocked till Thursday. I ended up ordering it on line and now I wait. Fortunately, the 18" of snow we are expecting today will likely keep me occupied.
Is it snowing everywhere? I think we got like another 6 feet's worth last night again... okay maybe i'm exaggerating... but only slightly!!!
