Seam ripper alert! My husband fired up the wood stove in the barn this weekend and spent some time by his lathe making another batch of seam rippers for my Etsy shop. You can find them listed here.
Yesterday evening, this surprise came for me in the mail! It's an out of the blue, just because surprise from my friend KT. Look at the mini spectrum in tiny stacked coins! And I love the material with the thimble and zipper. She even used precious bits of out of print material. Thank you KT for a wonderful surprise!
I've included a hint as to what I am working on in the photo above. I cut into Blitzen!
I just have to say that I spent a lot of quality time with my new seam ripper (one I ordered from your husband) last week & I LOVE it. I highly recommend these-they are so sharp & precise. Well worth it-not to mention that they are beautiful. I couldn't be happier (unless of course, I never had to use it).
ReplyDeleteI love my seam ripper, too! What a sweet gift from KT, that sewing fabric is cute.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun gift! And I never get tired of my seam ripper. Well, I get tired of seam ripping, but you understand the difference...
ReplyDeleteQuestion: A friend asked if Mark would make crochet hooks with these handles too. Does that question make sense?
ReplyDeleteI purchased three of these beautiful seam rippers in November... one for myself and two for gifts. All three of us love them - so comfortable to hold, and sharp. I LOVE the fact that you can't lose the safety cover - terrific design all around!! Worth the $, for sure!
ReplyDeleteOoh, love that mini, and love all those colourful seam rippers
ReplyDeleteWow! What a neat gift! I still love my seam ripper and want another one every time I see them....just so I can have one everywhere I might need it. LOL.
ReplyDeleteLove your gift and the seam rippers are gorgeous - especially the orange one!
ReplyDeleteThose seam rippers are the bomb! I think I could have them all.hah.ah.a.ha.a.a..
ReplyDeleteLove your little surprise in the mail!!
