Stash Trad Bee-Arkansas Traveller

I finished up my February block for the Stash Trad Bee. It's the Arkansas Traveller which you might remember from the Summer Sampler Series. Lee from Fresh Pieced has a tutorial for the block here and this block happens to be made for her! She asked for beachy shades of blues and sea foam green and beige/sand. It's meant to be a part of a beachy quilt for her sister. I really think that MY sister would like these colors too.

  2. That is definitely a beachy block - I can smell the sea and hear the gulls just from looking at it!

  8. That is a wonderful block and you've done a beautiful rendition of it-- the colors are great. I'll have to bookmark that one (although I tend to avoid diamonds right now until my skill level is improved).
