I started quilting 1/4" from the center circle using it as my guide. Then I used the 1/4" width of my walking foot as a guide to keep going out to the borders.
Oh, oh, oh, ohhhhhh...this is GORGEOUS! I wish I had the patience to do a project like this one. One day...In the mean time, I'll just drool over your work. :) Really a fantastic pillow!
